Our Slack integration offers a great way to keep your team in the loop and act on survey responses timely.
It allows you to receive notifications inside your Slack account whenever new survey data is available or when a user enters a segment in Trackey.
To set up your first alerts, follow the steps below.
1/ Go to the “Alerts” section of your Trackey account.
2/ Click on “Create Slack Notification” and give it a name, e.g. “Passive Users”
3/ Define when you want to receive an alert.
